Compasses

In our class this week we have being working on compasses. We also learned how to find south without a compass by using the southern cross. Do u know that there is 8 cardinal points on a compass and 16 points altogether.

Our Lunch Time Band

At lunch time on Friday we have a band. In our band there is Luke(electric guitar),Marcus(drums) and me on (bass guitar). We are playing boulevard of broken drems. We have on singers. We are playing in the school concert.

Football Trophy Day

On the weekend we had our football trophy day. Every one in our team got a trophy for playing. Our trophys were most improved, runners up best and fairest and best and fairest. We had had a under 12s and 13s because our tteam was mixed. Jye R got most improved, Jye G got runners up best and fairest, Isaac got under 12s best and fairest and Billy got under 13s best and fairest. It was a good day.

Catography in our room

In our class this week we have being working on mapping. The first map we did was a satellite image of the Gold Coast, Queensland with the teachers help. We also learnt about all the different views oblique view, bird’s view and ground view.
This my satellite image of Orford. This was a test we didn’t have any help.
